Love ordering from here. The best Nuoc Cham (Vinegar Fish Sauce) I've tried in the city. I'm from the south so I like my Nuoc Cham sweeter, but this still has a good punch. Always quick and efficient.

To be fair, the food I ordered was tasty, not amazing but good, typical Vietnamese - but charging $10-12 bucks for dishes and not including rice? Shame on you! $2 extra for rice when almost every other similar restaurant in NYC includes rice with the dishes... At least let people know ahead of time, it's the least you can do if you're going charge extra for rice, and the size of the portions are small. I know the economy is not good but rice is inexpensive, make your customers happy and include it!

Tom Yum Soup with vegetables was absolutely awful. The rest of the food I ordered was ok.

Consistent, outstanding quality vietnamese food. Customer service is the best of any comparable restaurant I've tried in my 6 years in manhattan/brooklyn. I've only used delivery, not been to the restaurant.

The food is not bad.

Absolutely horrible. Chicken was completely raw, shrimp were not deveined, and we waited over an hour for delivery.

When I received my order, first I was a little frustrated because i thought that they forgot my rice. I called the restaurant and said that they didn't send me the rice. Their first response was "I'm sorry, I will send you the rice immediately." After looked up my order, they explained to me that their main course doesn't come with rice, but they will send me the rice anyway without any charge. After 15 minutes, the delivery person came back with the rice and said sorry. It was my fault that I forgot to order the rice, but they were so nice. If I ever order delivery again, Xe Lua would be the first one that I would think of.

Quick and delicious. I tried the curry noodles and they were great! I grew up on vietnamese food but hadn't tried chicken curry with noodles before.

Hard working, generous people. Food comes fast. Taste is very authentic, with fine quality meats and soups. I am from the DC area -- better pho than many there (others can be too salty). Keep up the good work. From a Happy customer.

Great service! After missing an item on our order, the manager gave us a full refund saying they rather keep us happy. Now that's treating your customer right!

Food is Chinatown average so it is definitely above the average in downtown. I am very impressed by how they take care their customers. They accidentally missed one item for the first time we ordered; however, the manager gave full refund on the entire order (the order was relatively big, for about 7~8 ppl). For his kindness, we ordered again the following week, they sent us all the food on time and also brought us sodas on house, we were very impressed and will definitely order again.

Finally -- this is as good a pho as you can find in Boston (I've never been to Vietnam, so that is my standard). Very fresh ingredients, not greasy, and inexpensive. Good place!

Really nice clean food. Some of the best Pho ever.

Pho is delicious, fantastic broth and it comes with a TON of toppings. It is however a very large portion, you will not need to order anything alongside the pho for lunch. I also tried the grilled porkchops over broken rice but was not impressed. Dry, no sauce, and tons of rice left over. Xe lua is a great addition to delivery for the bowling green area.
